Tip #1 to help you make the most of your family mediation

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

To make the most productive use of time, keep issues (especially financial ones) in perspective. Don’t spend hours going through bank statements to adjust for a relatively small amount of money.

Liken the task to harvesting a field of grain — you can do it with nail clippers (not recommended) or a combine (recommended).
