Tip #4 to help you make the most of your family mediation

When we are in conflict with someone, it is helpful to stay focused on our own reactions and goals, rather than focusing on the actions of the other person.  

Our ability to achieve a desired outcome won’t be impeded by the other person’s actions if we ensure our own re-actions support progress.
