As many of you know, Mediate BC’s Distance Mediation Project (also affectionately known as the Technology-Assisted Mediation Project) published its Practice Guidelines and Final Evaluation Report earlier this year. They can be found here. One of the most impressive products of that six-year effort was the Project Blog, created and lovingly nurtured by Project Coordinator Susanna Jani. It produced almost 90 separate and very creative posts about a broad range of mediation and technology related topics. Its focus was practical tips and words of wisdom, mostly from the project team who were actually using technology tools to conduct family mediation.
The project has now come to a close and we didn’t want to lose this amazing collection of wisdom. So, through the magic of our Blog experts, Stem Legal, we have archived all of the posts here on the Mediate BC Blog. To find them, look on the right-hand column entitled “Categories” and click on “Distance Mediation Blog”.
Scroll through to discover this treasure trove of information and practical advice.
Thanks again to Steve Matthews and Laurel Fulford of Stem Legal for making this happen!
